EUROMECCANICA was born in 1961 and shortly affirmed itself on domestic market as importer of prestigious brands on the whole national territory.

Since 2007, by assignment of company divisions, the company has become part OVERMACH Spa Group of Parma.

EUROMECCANICA SpA expressly established, has a share capital which majority is held by OVERMACH SpA and TECNOMACH SpA.
The Company in Parma could enlarge its activity, covering the request of machine tools by mould makers and workshops.

The contribution by OVERMACH Service is very important for the service with skilled engineers, ready to intervene in case of request, supported by a huge quantity of spare parts available and ready on stock.
