The Board of Directors of the Overmach Group consists of:

• Andrea Ghidini who is responsible for the general management of the company, as well as for its commercial side, followed by

• Aldo Ghidini, father of Andrea, who has been working alongside his son since 1983 concentrating particularly on the financial and administrative aspects of the company, putting to good use his former experience as a bank manager.

Next comes Guglielmo Casalini who has always been at the technical helm of the company and, last but not least, Stefano Rizzi to whom the administrative management of the entire complex is entrusted.
