
3D rapid prototyping system with jet printing
Connex 500 uses a photopolymer jet printing system, easy to use for producing high resolution 3D Models and prototypes directly from STL files. The very fast Connex 500 produces models through a process of resins stratification (16 microns layers), that enable the operator to verify if it responds to the shape, dimension and functionality before any production process or for scientific-medical purpose.
Over-printed pieces and double injection process simulation
The combination of FullCure Vero™ and FullCure Tango materials is the ideal for applications that have a rigid body with areas of flexible material for gripping and mechanism protection.
Coated pieces
Printing FullCure Tango over FullCure Vero it is possible to obtain movable and flexible pieces, like levers or hinges for effecting a simulation of the aspect and the touch of rubber coated products.
Biomedical and translucent pieces
Combining FullCure720 transparent material and FullCure Vero opaque material, it is possible to print translucent medical models that show nerves, tumours and other details. The combination of the same two materials created parts with translucent elements like the integrated screen of MP3, of the mobile phone, of the GPS and other devices.
