PROCOL 5: it is a software expressly realized for managing CNC programs: it includes a database (file) which allows you to manage the machining programs in a simple and fast way.

TOOLS: it is a program for Tools management with drawing and downloading phase, which allows to encode and to manage the lowest stock and the availability.

MULTI: it is a connection program between PC and NC, it allows you to automatically transmit and receive by recalling the programs directly from the NC, the programs’ filing on the PC is effected with the automatic creation of the data sheet.

RAPID ESTIMATION: it is a software for estimating the time of Machine program execution, by directly reading the ISO file with the possibility of setting the tool changing times and the execution of sub-programs.

WI.FI:inside the workshop operating with NC machines, it is necessary to connect the single machines to one or more PCs from which you can distribute the working programs to the numerical controls.
Today it is possible to connect the machine tools with a Wi.Fi net to carry the information inside the working area, with a suitable card, near the NC, avoiding to spread cables in the workshop.
The card enables programs’ Tx and Rx directly from the NC.

DATA WALLET:OVERMACH “pocket-size” serial peripherals for CNC connection (140 x 80 x 25mm), are independently fed and make it useless to lay down the transmission cables.
The peripherals can store up to 2 Mb of machine programs data.
