PROGEST MONITORING:it is a software that handles the acquisition of production data Cycle Start, Cycle End, Alarms (also justified), Waste, Piece-counter by means of wireless boards connected directly to the machines.

The data gathered by Progest enable to calculate the final balance and the check of the machine status in real time. Progest is designed for working with S-RT05 Wi.Fi boards and Touch Screen Tablets for handling job orders; moreover it is possible to connect its archive to external systems for importing and exporting data.

Progest can be installed on the network for collecting all the data into the same file in the server, in order to have all the data safe and available.

DATA COLLECTION IN REAL TIME:S-RT05 board handles the data collected from the machines and in real time, through the innovative wi.fi system, it updates the productive situation of the factory enabling the query of the workpiece status directly from the PC, with an immediate feedback.

The Touch Screen Tablet can be linked either to the connection software and to the monitoring software Progest.

It enables to have a portable position with all the performance as a Pc, it is possible to connect the Tablet Monitor directly to the machine for handling the operations of the production area and for calling the part program.

The Tablet enables the collection of the production data in real time.
