PROGEST MONITORING:it is a software that manages the acquisition of production data through Wi-Fi S-RT05 cards connected directly to the machines and manages the production declarations with the line board video terminals.

Progest can be installed on the net, centralizing the data in the same server, in order to have all the data always available and safe.

Progest has been designed for working with S-RT05 card and Spy IV video terminals; moreover it is possible to connect its file with external systems for importing and exporting data.

WI.FI DATA COLLECTION:by using S-RT05 card for data gathering, it is possible to acquire the production data Cycle Start, Cycle End, Alarms, Scraps, Piece-counter, etc.
The data are elaborated with Progest software that allows the final balance and the checking of the machine’s status in real time.
To S-RT05 card it is possible to connect a bar code reader for managing the working orders.
