SAF Selective Absorption Fusion ™ is a new industrial-class additive manufacturing technology based on the use of powders. Specifically designed to meet high-volume production needs for final part fabrication, it is the optimal choice for scale production of additively fabricated parts.

3D printers with SAF technology are able to guarantee precision, repeatability and process control requirements essential for homogeneous production, with competitive costs per piece.

The exclusive Big Wave ™ heat management and dust deposition system guarantee piece homogeneity throughout the manufacturing cycle, ensuring reproducible quality of the most complex details, flat surfaces, as well as parts, print after print large. You can also choose to reuse all unfused powder, reducing material costs and significantly reducing unit cost as well. In addition, You can produce parts with smooth, smooth surfaces for a wide range of applications.

Overmach is a Reseller of Stratasys H Series ™ 3D Printers.

The programmable light curing process (P3) combines high performance with incredible accuracy. Origin One printers can produce end-use equipment and parts with surface characteristics and quality comparable to injection molding, while still taking advantage of the design potential offered by additive manufacturing even for complex geometries.

This technology combines precision, consistency, size and minute details with the use of a wide range of industrial grade resins, distinguishing itself from other additive technologies. Choose from a wide range of one-component commercial photopolymers, developed and validated for Origin One. The resins are designed to be easily handled and quickly post-processed, with a long shelf life.

Smooth, beautiful surface quality without need of additional finishing, sanding, painting or machining. An optimized build volume, compact footprint and minimal power requirements allow manufacturers to efficiently maximize production capacity.

Overmach is a reseller of Stratasys Origin One™ 3D printers.

The technology FDM® (Fused Deposition Modeling), invented by Stratasys which holds the major patents, uses thermoplastic material to create robust and dimensionally stable parts. This technology is ideal for making functional prototypes, production parts and equipment.

Systems Stratasys FDM®  use a variety of reference thermoplastics such as ABS, ASA, PC-ABS, NYLON12, NYLON6, ULTEM 9085™, ULTEM 1010™ and carbon filled NYLON. Among the available materials it is possible to find characteristics of bio-compatibility, self-extinguishing (FST) and electrostatic dissipation (ESD7).

This technology finds its maximum expression in aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics sectors and in all those applications where the mechanical properties of materials are fundamental. Range Stratasys FDM® offers both desktop office machines and machines with large work chambers up to 900 x 600 x 900 mm. Overmach is a reseller of Stratasys Makerbot 3D printers, F123 and Fortus.

PolyJet technology uses photopolymer resins that allow you to create parts and prototypes with very high quality surfaces and refined details. With a layer resolution of up to 14μ and an accuracy level of up to 0.1mm, thin walls and complex geometries can be produced to create ever more realistic prototypes or production parts.
It is possible to make components in opaque or semi-transparent rigid material but also in rubber-like material with different hardness. Stratasys PolyJet technology finds its maximum expression in the creation of multi-material and multicolored details.

PolyJet 3D printers help speed up the product development cycle, preserve intellectual property and drastically reduce R&D costs. Overmach is a reseller of Stratasys 3D printers J series and systems dedicated to the dental sector.

SLM selective metal powder laser melting technology uses a high-power laser, which allows you to create parts and prototypes with extremely fine layer resolution (20-80 μ layer).

It can be used to create functional prototypes but above all highly complex production pieces that cannot be made with traditional techniques and with excellent mechanical characteristics and a high degree of finishing. The most used metal alloys are steel, stainless steel, cobalt-chromium, aluminum, titanium and nickel-based alloys. The objects can then be subjected to finishing operations like any metal product or object. Overmach markets the SLM 125, 280, 280 PRODUCTION, 500 and 800 systems.
