Customer service is also available on Saturday mornings and throughout the entire month of August.
Around 200 Engineers, Mechanical Technicians, Electronic Technicians, and CNC Programmers are the foundation of a truly world-class Customer Service department.
Calls are promptly routed to the technician responsible for the customer’s area and for the specific machine type, and response waiting times are continuously monitored automatically. The customer always speaks with the same operator as quickly as possible, simplifying and speeding up problem resolution.
On-site interventions are fast and effective thanks to our large team of field technicians and an extensive spare-parts warehouse with tens of thousands of items in stock.
